Anglesea Heights provides luxury accommodation in an elevated location along the Great Ocean Road in Anglesea.

This stunning new property has everything a family or a couple seeks when choosing a prestigious weekend or holiday getaway.

It has been specifically designed for short term letting and is always available for weekends or holidays, with flexible leasing options.

Guests can elect to book the whole property (comprising up to 4 bedrooms), or a 1, 2 or 3 bedroom configuration.

The upper level Master Suite. THE SKYLINE PENTHOUSE ( couple-only) is especially popular for a weekend away. The entrance foyer & laundry downstairs, and upper lounge, kitchen and dining area and balcony available, and with other (downstairs) zones  closed.

The large laundry is  available for all bookings and has AEG appliances and a separate WC. There is an outside hot water shower near the front door.

Holiday periods (e.g. Christmas, Easter and school holidays) will usually require a whole of property booking.

Grandparents will especially enjoy the quiet retreat room with its own TV.  Alternatively, this can be a 4thbedroom (with double sofa bed), or a children’s TV room.

The kitchen, with a large stone bench (and USB device charge points), has a full range of appliances (e.g. Nespresso coffee machine, juice mixer & cafe press) and ample crockery and cutlery to suit all bookings.

The balcony has a Weber Q gas BBQ and utensils.

The double garage will be available for holiday periods or (if requested) for a whole house weekly booking.  Three cars can be parked in the driveway, and there is ample street parking.

The property is all within a 5 minute walk to the patrolled beach and surf club.

$295 to $340 per night. One night stays are $420.

Horizon queen Suite:
Level 2. Maximum of 2 people.
Queen room, full bathroom suite, two toilets.
$245 to $275 per night.

Single only or share suite:
Level 2. Maximum of 3 people.
3 single beds, main bathroom suite, two toilets.
$195 to $275 per night.

2 Bedroom suite:

Horizon suites:
Level 2. Maximum of 4 people.
Queen room plus kids room with 3 single beds, main bathroom suite, two toilets.
$340 to $440 per night.

Luxury suites:
Level 4 king suite and level 2 queen suite. Maximum of 4 people.
Two bathrooms, 3 toilets.
$380 to $420 per night.

3 Bedroom suite:

Level 4 king suite, level 2 queen suite, level 2 singles room. Maximum of 6 people.
Two bathrooms, 3 toilets.
$395 to $480 per night.

Level 4 king suite, level 2 queen suite, level 2 TV sitting room. Maximum of 6 people.
Two bathrooms, 3 toilets.
$480 to $520 per night.

Whole property:

Level 4 king suite, level 2 queen suite, level 2 singles room, level 2 TV sitting room. Maximum of 8 people.
2 bathrooms, 3 toilets, power room.
$520 to $690 per night.

Rates vary depending on the season. Minimum stay is 2 nights except for Skyline Penthouse which offers one night stays.

Linen, towels and housekeeping are included. A linen charge applies during high season only.

Bond is $500, except for whole property bookings which is $1000.

There are no agents or booking fees - book direct with the owner.

Conditions apply. No pets, no smoking, no parties, no schoolies. Mature guests only.
